varmerk.com is published by Varmerk. Varmerk is operated by Marko Ristic as an individual. There is no registered company behind it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Guides and blog
The guides describe how social platforms behaved when we last tested them, on the devices and app versions named on each page. Platforms change without notice, so a guide can be out of date between two tests. Check the date, and tell us at [email protected] if something moved.
You may quote from the guides and reuse tables with a link to the page you took them from. You may not republish whole pages, or present our tests as your own.

Teardowns
Teardowns are independent commentary on public accounts. The brands in them are not clients, did not ask for the review and have not endorsed it. We use public information only and do not estimate numbers that are not public.
If you represent a brand that appears in a teardown, write to [email protected]. We correct errors and remove a teardown on request.
Free audits
The first audit of an account is free. It is our opinion, based on what we could see, and it comes with no guarantee of results. We may decline an audit request, for example when the account is outside the kinds of business we work with.
You keep the document and may use it however you like, including handing it to another agency.
Client work
Paid services are governed by a written agreement between you and Varmerk that sets out scope, price, approvals, ownership and how either side can end it. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.
We do not guarantee follower counts, reach, sales or any other outcome that depends on a platform's algorithm.
Trademarks
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other names on this site are trademarks of their owners. Varmerk is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Screenshots show our own test accounts.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Varmerk is not liable for losses that come from relying on content here, from the site being unavailable, or from changes a platform makes.
Governing law
Varmerk is operated by an individual resident in Serbia, so these terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and any dispute that cannot be settled by writing to us goes to the competent court there. If you are a consumer in your own country, this does not take away rights that your local law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
