Audit

We go through the account post by post and sort what is there. The findings are flagged and sent to you in writing, whether or not you hire us.

Plan

One page: who the account is for, what goes out on which day, and what we stop doing.

Content

Shot, edited, captioned and scheduled. Reels and TikToks first, because that is where reach still comes from.

Growth

Every week we look at what moved. What worked gets repeated, what did not gets cut.

Social media management services

For brands that sell things.

Varmerk provides social media management services for two kinds of business: DTC and ecommerce brands that sell online, and local businesses that sell in a neighborhood.

We run Instagram and TikTok, because that is where both kinds of customer decide what to buy and where to go.

The work is the same four steps every time. We audit the account, write a one page plan, make and publish the content, and review the numbers every week. The price of each service is published before you ever talk to us.

DTC and ecommerce brands

You have a product, a store and an account that posts when someone remembers to. We turn it into a steady source of product discovery: Reels and TikToks that show the product in use, a posting rhythm, captions that answer what buyers ask, and comments and DMs that get replies.

Local businesses

Restaurants, salons, studios, clinics and shops. People check your Instagram before they check your website. We keep the profile current, show the place and the people, post what is happening this week, and make it obvious how to book, order or visit.

Other agencies

If your clients ask for social and you do not staff it, we do the work under your name. You keep the client and the relationship, and we stay invisible.

What we run.

Seven services, one way of working. Prices are on the pricing page, not behind a call.

What the audit reads.

The audit is a written document that you keep, whether or not you hire us. It covers eight areas, and every finding comes with what we would do about it.

AreaWhat we look atWhat you get
ProfileName, handle, bio, link, highlights and pinned posts.A rewritten bio and a list of what to pin, move or remove.
Content mixThe last 30 posts, by format and by topic.Which formats carry the account, and which ones take time without return.
HooksThe first two seconds of every Reel and TikTok.The openings that held attention, and rewrites for the ones that did not.
CadenceWhen and how often the account posts.A weekly rhythm the team can actually keep.
CaptionsLength, structure, keywords and hashtag sets.A caption pattern and a short hashtag list by topic.
CommunityComments, DMs, mentions and how fast they get an answer.Saved replies, and a rule for who answers what.
PaidBoosted posts and ads, if there are any.Which organic posts deserve budget first.
CompetitorsThree accounts your buyers also follow. What they do that works, and what not to copy.

Two platforms, one system.

Short video is made once and cut for both. Everything else is planned per platform, because the two audiences behave differently.

FormatWhat it is forWhat we do
ReelsReach. The format Instagram shows to people who do not follow you yet.Script, shoot or edit, caption, cover, sound, and publish on a fixed rhythm.
CarouselsSwipeable posts that teach, compare or list.Write and design them so the first slide earns the swipe.
StoriesThe daily, informal channel for people who already follow.A weekly story plan, polls and question boxes, and highlights kept current.
Feed postsThe grid a new visitor scans before deciding to follow.Keep the first nine posts explaining what you sell and for whom.
Comments and DMsWhere buying questions actually arrive.Saved replies, response rules, and a handoff to your team for orders.

What we will never do.

Most of what goes wrong with a social media agency is on this list. It is here so you can hold us to it.

  1. 01Buy followers, likes or views. They do not buy anything, and they teach the algorithm the wrong audience.
  2. 02Use bots, pods or follow and unfollow tricks. They put the account at risk for numbers that mean nothing.
  3. 03Promise a follower number.Nobody controls the algorithm. We promise the work and the reporting.
  4. 04Post without your approval. You see the week before it goes out.
  5. 05Ask for your password.Access goes through Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center roles.
  6. 06Show a logo or a result that is not real.Including on this site.

Proof

Teardowns, not testimonials.

Until we have client results we are allowed to show, we publish teardowns: independent reviews of public accounts, with screenshots, and the seven things we would fix first.

The brands in them are not clients and did not ask for the review. They are there so you can see how we think before you hire us.

What we know.

Every claim names the help page it came from, and what the platforms do not document waits for a test on our own accounts. Free, no signup.

What we think.

The guides answer a question and name the page the answer came from. A note argues a point instead, and says so. Both live in the library. All guides

Questions

Asked first.

What does a social media agency do?

A social media agency plans, makes and publishes content for a business account, replies to comments and messages, and reports on what worked. Varmerk does this for Instagram and TikTok, and starts every engagement with a written audit so the plan is based on the account as it is.

What is included in social media management services?

Planning, content production, captions, scheduling and posting, community replies and a weekly review. Paid social, UGC content and white label work are separate services with their own prices.

Is the social media audit really free?

Yes. The first audit is free and you keep the document. It is the fastest way for both sides to find out whether we are a fit, and it shows you how we work before any money moves.

How much does social media management cost?

Each service has a published monthly price on the pricing page. What changes the price is how many platforms we run and how much content we produce each week. We quote after the audit, so the scope matches the account.

Do you guarantee followers or sales?

No. Nobody controls the algorithm, and anyone who promises a number is either buying followers or guessing. We commit to the work, the weekly review and honest reporting, and we tell you when something is not working.

How long before we see results?

Expect the first month to be setup: audit, plan, first content. We review the numbers every week and judge the direction at about 90 days, which is long enough to see a pattern and short enough to change course.

Do we need TikTok if we already post on Instagram?

Not always. If your buyers are on TikTok, short video made for TikTok first can usually run as Reels too, so one production effort feeds both. The audit tells you whether the second platform is worth the extra work.

Who owns the content?

You do. Everything we make for your account is yours, including the footage from UGC creators, and you can reuse it in ads, in email and on your site.

How do you get access to our accounts?

Through roles in Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center. We never ask for a password, and you can remove our access at any time.

Do you work with other agencies?

Yes. With white label we do the social work under your agency's name. You keep the client and the billing, and we stay in the background.

Send the handle.

We reply by email with a written audit of the account. No call required, and the address is not added to a mailing list.
